Day 1- Staying Accountable

OK, I’m back like I said I would be. I journaled today, and I’m only over by 177 calories. I ate real junk though. I really need to start eating more veggies and fruits. I did exercise today… 10 minutes on the bike just to get my heart rate up and then some weight lifting.

    I need to do the same with the veggies and fruit. When I eat more veggies and fruit I feel full longer and eat less junk. But if only I could just commit to the veggies and fruit.
