Things have not been going well for me in the weight loss arena of my life. I put an offer on a house in the beginning of November, and with all of the stress, I gained 5 pounds in about 2 days. It was also my birthday, and I spent a weekend not caring about calories. I’ve gotten back to tracking my calories, but I’m still over every day by at least 300 calories. I made it to the gym twice last week. I really need to stick to some goals this week.
- Drink at least 8 cups of water
- Exercise three times this week
- Track my food every.single.day
