Food– I really felt like I lost my appetite this week, and the only thing I could really stomach was Saltines and Gatorade. By the end of the week, I was sick with a bad headache and cough.
Activity– absolutely nothing because I felt so sick, and I was resting in hopes of improving my plantar fasciitis situation.
Results– Lost 1.8 pounds this week for a total of 10 pounds, which is also my 5% goal. Yay!
